Marketing Research and Creation of Database on Embassies-Universities West London

I require an experienced Administrative Person to initially do some research and make a list of persons responsible for recommending accommodation in each of the embassies of Asian and European Countries in London, All hospitals and Universities in West London, Major Corporations like Tesco, Virgin, Multinational companies, global relocation companies.Need names and designation of those responsible, their contact telephone numbers, postal addresses and if possible their preferred areas of accommodation for their students/ staff/clients/principals during their short/long term stays in Central London.

It is an ongoing work and i am prepared to provide office facilities in my Notting hill office with a desktop, telephone line and also printing and scanning facilities and i also have a fibre optic broadband. Office open in weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM. 9 Am to 2 PM on saturdays.
