Hello,
I am looking for someone with market research and business development experience to perform Market Research/Business Development for Germany and DACH region. The company is a technical manufacturing company from Asia that currently are looking for expansion.
The successful candidate muss possess understanding of Germany and DACH region, and must be able to review and read German language websites as there are many potential customers that are still localised.
The final report should be written in English and in Word Format.
Looking for someone to start immediately and able to complete task within short time.
Objective: Strategy formulation and proposal for :-
•Tapping into European market for the following products but not limited to: electro mechanical module, cable harnessing and integration requirements.
•Source for potential customers that are looking into streamlining their manufacturing process
Details should cover the following but not limited to :
•Analyse the factors which influence the selection of objectives above.
•Evaluate the general economic and industrial environment in which the company operates. This includes a review of the organisation's competitive position.
•Conduct a qualitative and quantitative review of existing product line (5 separate product lines : "System Integration
/Box build, Control Cabinet & Control Panel, Electrical & Mechanical Module Assembly, Cable Harness, High Precision Machining, Precision Machining). The purpose of such a review is to make sure that the factors important for competitive success in the market can be discovered so that the management can identify their own strengths and weaknesses as well as their competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
•Analysis company’s strength and weaknesses for international growth (SWOT).
•Perform BCG Matrix
•Identify and analyse competitors in Germany and DACH region using Porter’s Five Forces Model , and their moves and actions so as to discover probable opportunities of threats to its market or supply sources.
•Research of target market (industry), products, services, technology.
•Selection research of region, currently focus on Germany and DACH region
Compile a list of potential customers from various industries (for example, transportation, aviation, medical, and other SME's)
•Research of entry mode.
•Proposal selection entry mode.
•Propose a choice of Strategy
•Prepare recommendation report for implementation of European business development with detailed framework.
