We are looking for an experienced professional to build a Live Chat support system from scratch.
This is NOT a live chat agent position.
This role is for someone who can design, structure, and set up a complete live chat support operation.
Scope of work includes:
- Advising on and setting up a live chat system (e.g. Intercom, LiveChat, Tawk, Crisp, Zendesk, etc.)
- Defining chat flows, tags, priorities, and escalation rules
- Creating SOPs and response templates for agents
- Setting up basic automation where relevant
- Advising on staffing structure, shifts, and workflows
- Ensuring the system is ready for scale
This is a setup and operations project.
Ongoing cooperation is possible after the initial setup phase.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building or managing live chat / customer support systems
- Strong operational and process-thinking skills
- Excellent written English
- Ability to explain systems clearly and work independently
