Description of Business Development: Carbuyertom.com Limited currently opperates a website at www.carbuyertom.com.

The Limited Company has two Directors: one who has recently denied the other access to the website and all other areas of the business and as a result of this, the other director has deemed it necessary to issue a letter before action to the offending director. The consequence of the other directors actions is that the primary investor in the business has now no mechanism or trading vehicle or access / website to enable the investment to be recovered / earned back from ongoing business activities.

Initially the offending director who 'high-jacked' the website delayed a legal claim against him by engaging in discussions to make a payment to the other director in view of buying his interest out of the company however, after two months this was reneged upon even though draft Heads of Terms were drawn up.
Extra notes: The position currently is that a letter before action has been served upon the offending director and the offending director has now replied to the letter before action via his solicitor.

Prior to finally issuing the financial claim for compensation and damages / loss of opportunity against the offending director, we wish to obtain legal advice and documentation preparation advice in regards to this matter so that our claim is successful.
