There is a product that is manufactured in UK. We would like to manufacture this in India. We have got the rights for making it and distributing here on behalf of the UK based company.

The financials that I will provide will be of the UK company. You will have to customise everything based on your knowledge for India manufacturing cost and expenses, returns etc for the next 5-7 years (No figures will be given by us for India)

Need this to be completed by 17th January.
