I need a virtual assistant for customer service & email triage + other stuff

I'm looking for a native English speaker to be the first line of support for my 2 websites and my emails and to perform various research jobs I need doing.

That means, I'm looking for someone to work 2 hours per day every week day and 1 hour on Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday.

There is no template set up yet, so the first thing I want done is for you to go through my two website's Q & A and create a Google Docs answer-help sheet. By asking me questions and using your own deduction, you will categorise questions so you have a typical answer available to help you the next time a similar kind of question comes up. You will send me links to the questions you could not answer at the end of your session so I can go answer them and this way you'll have additional info for future answers.

Similarly, for my inbox I would like you to work your way through it and by asking me questions and your own deduction come up with a Google Docs triage-sheet to help direct your actions based on incoming email.

Finally, once you are on top of the Q&A for both sites and my email triage, I have multiple research tasks for you to carry out. These involve researching things for me to discover things like: What products already exist? How are they priced? Where do the customers live online? Why do customers buy?

If you are interested, I can also give you some outbound marketing work which would be similar work to the Q&A work - but instead of on my sites, you would go out and answer these questions on third-party websites.
