We run graduate schemes for non graduates - finding, training and coaching young talent for 12-36 months for our business clients.
I'm after a home working recruiter that can find, engage and qualify candidates initially for an opportunity in Bristol in Business Development/Sales/Customer Service. There are nine places available on this Academy and to date one in three candidates have been selected at the assessment centres we run.
In essence the Academy candidates we look for come over well on the phone, build rapport easily, seem relaxed and natural, and are fed-up with moving from one dead-end job to the next with little progression. Our Academy will fast-track their career.
We have template emails and texts but these only serve to back up a successful campaign reaching out over the phone.
I imagine that you will have experience of recruiting, have access to an online CV database like CV Library, be prepared to call outside of 9-5 hours, are able to rapidly build rapport with young people and are able to spot untapped talent that is looking for a break.
