I need a full business plan developing and writing

I need a business plan writing

This plan is not for investment raising but to show the companies business development aims over the next 5 years

This is an existing company

I have a very large original plan in PDF form and need a new plan to cover the next 5 years and beyond

It needs to show how the company will develop its areas of activity focusing on AFRICA ie it will look after/deal with/work with companies in Africa and the UK

The plan needs to be suitable for UK Government SPONSOR status (Ie the company wants to bring 'skilled workers' from overseas to the UK to work for them)

The plan only needs to be 20-30 pages long (The original is 70 ish pages long)

The business is not changing so the the facts and details in the original plan are still relevant

I do not want a copy and paste from the original plan but you can use the original images and some sections can be exactly the same. These i will detail for you (ie directors profiles)

The plan i will send is PDF with the info but i need your plan back in editable WORD FORMAT

Timescale:
This plan needs to be delivered in first draft stage within 7 days

This draft will be reviewed and Ill let you have any amendments and updates/changes needed so you can alter and send for review again

Please do ask any questions you may have

The budget is not flexible so please quote your best price and timescale for first draft delivery

I want to start this in the next 2 days with delivery aimed at 7 days later or before

This needs your research and development not just me doing and you writing up. Must be professional . A lot of info will be provided
