I need a business plan for a start up

I am looking for someone to help make a business plan for a start up fire and security company that will cover the whole of the UK. We are a group of three of the UK's most experienced fire and security engineers. We would love it if we could find someone to complete a full business plan with financial projections that we can show to investors and use to aid us in building a successful and hopefully award winning business.
