Hey folks,
Firstly, I want to know you've read this application. What does the flag of Scotland look like?
OKAY! I'm looking for an ad-hoc customer service agent, who can log onto our customer ticket software 5 days a week to spend 30-60 minutes replying to the customer queries which come through.
I'm looking for someone who can come in at a ground level and help where we sorely need help. We run a small operation and recently made a hire from PPH. Unfortunately, he's unavailable and I don't know how long this will be for, so I need someone to fill their boots!
Ideally, you'll have experience with:
- WooCommerce
- Subscription Boxes/Recurring Payment Models
- CS Software like SupportBee or Tawk.to
I want CS to be a set and forget priority with a helping hand. In an ideal world, I would love someone who can come in- suggest improvements to our operations and business, as well as answering customers in a timely and friendly manner.
I'm also looking to document and process everything we do within our business. You'll be expected to take part in this for customer service as you learn the ropes!
Working remotely is obviously cool with us, but if you can be replying in and around daytime in the UK, that would be fab! 4AM replies aren't ideal. To conclude, some specifics:
- The price per hour is negotiable here.
- We want someone who can grow in this role over time. Someone with a passion for eCommerce would be a great fit!
- You'll have direct access to the founder of the biz at all times. Any questions, I'm here.
- To get the job, we'll send out a few test questions. Answering these accurately won't be important but will be more of a measure of how you will respond to queries.
