I am starting a Health Concierge company.

I am starting a Health Concierge company offering clients everything health related under one platform. This will include, GP services, health screening, access to leading consultants, physiotherapy, fitness etc. We are looking to aim at the HNW client here in the UK and international clients. I have been considering using a membership model however, I am not convinced this will be the best way moving forward therefore, I am looking for help and advice. I am also looking for marketing help and general overseeing that what we are doing will in fact work.
