I am looking for someone to assist with sales bookings and team management

Description of Business Development: I am looking for someone who has experience in sales and/or consulation that can help turn my enquiries into bookings (something I do myself every day, so a proven method!)

I have tried to use some virtual assistants here and they dont seem to have the spark needed for this role as it involves being nice and friendly of course, but also a little ruthless and always going for the close.

The reason I want to try this new approach is that it works for me and I have these skills, so its important you do as well, i.e good admin and note taking skills, quick thinking and enthusiasm to help (not sell).

This job isnt just an outgoing role, quite the opposite, I currently get 20-50 enquries a day from my online profiles and often miss sales as a result as I dont have time to sift through and contact the ones I should, this is where you come in.
They way it works in short is I get a enquiry (most times between 7am-11pm, 7 days a week) and I then respond with a proposal as it works here, they then, if I am shortlisted, send me the contact details, mostly phone numbers, the job is then to contact that customer, find out if they are ready to book, and do just that if they are, if they are not, find out why and reschedule.
This is not difficult, but for someone good, they will need to max out their capacity before I start saying its working!
The outbound element, if you want to take it on, is to simply go online and find ways to generate work and interest. Via those silly social channels and forums folks love using, Im sure we can list a few together.
This will be more engaging sales and if you are happy to test and see if it generates worthy revenue for time allocated, then we will allocate a portion of time to it per week.
Now, the nitty gritty, the money!
I have been a salesman for a long time and the best way I always achieved results was to work to incentive, so the options are simple financially.
You can work on an hourly rate or per booking, its up to you, I dont mind as long as you booking in jobs and keeping customers happy and being responsive is going to be very important, so I need someone who is literally at their desk all day every day, unlike me!
There is a great chance to become part of the company if it works out as the plan isnt small!
