Experience Level: Intermediate
I run a Health and Safety Consultancy and I am looking to provide HR Services to clients.
I am at bidding stage with four clients at the moment and am looking for:
a) an hourly rate to enable a competitive price to be submitted (if you feel fixed price is more appropriate, please indicate this in your bid) Please also include all your expenses within your hourly rate.
b) details of services that you propose would compliment heath and safety services
c) details of your experience and qualifications
d) confirmation of your insurance cover
e) the geographic areas you are willing to cover
The works I anticipate will be required are:
a) Advice on applicant suitability from application forms/CV's
b) sitting on interview panels
c) provision of job descriptions and contracts of employment
d) staff handbooks
e) disciplinary and greivance procedures
f) redundancy procedures and documentation
g) return to work programmes/sickness absence management
h) general employment law advice
and any other services you feel would add benefit.
Please bear in mind that I cannot market the service to customers at the moment as I do not have a HR specialist, therefore there are no projects waiting to be worked upon at present. However, the idea has been suggested to at least 10 clients who are interested in the service. The services are likely to be sold as part of a three year package with insurance and safety services.
