HR administration

We are a 22-strong team deli/cafe business in London. We use the Fourth Hospitality portal for all our rotaring, payroll and staff data storage, and we're looking for someone to remotely manage the administration of data and training coordination. The role will be responsible for keeping records up to date, and making sure training procedures are completed and recorded on our system. It will involve keeping a calendar of training events, liaising with shop managers and, where necessary, booking employees onto courses.
This job is likely no more than 2 hours work per week on average. It would be useful for the applicant to have existing knowledge of Fourth Hospitality, but it would be possible to learn the portal in a few hours
