Feasibility study needed for a real estate development project

Our firm is looking for a favorable feasibility study to be produced for our current real estate Development project. We are ready to begin an $18M mixed- use Development designed in the style of new urbanism.

Successful hourly will have demonstrative experience with a feasibility study of this nature, have access to public data (both real estate specific as well as demographic), and assume knowledge of new urbanism to be able to create a study that highlights the benefits of new urbanism and why it would work successfully in our region.

We are offering an additional $1,000 bonus if the study is successful in helping us aquire the necessary funding.
