Experience Level: Entry
VERY experienced personal helper managing multiple Airbnb Properties. 4.8+ reviews from managing multiple properties.
15 hours per week (hours can vary), and some of the paper work can be done remotely.
You must be based in or near Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush in London, UK or within easier transporation.
Pay: £800.00 /month + commission
People skills and sales/marketing skills must for optimal results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Manage listings, responding to enquiries and keeping the calendar updated, while reducing void periods.
b) Prepare properties for tenants' arrival, coordinating with the cleaning and maintenance teams.
c) Greet tenants, completing essential documentation.
d) Be available to tenants, answering any questions and helping deal with any issues quickly.
e) Complete tenant check-outs; after tenant s departure, complete the inventory check, documenting any damage or missing items. Report to Managing Director.
BENEFICIAL (but NOT essential requirements):
Handyman skills (carpenter / electrician / plumber / painter, etc)
Cleaning experience
Experience of working in Property Management / Hospitality / Travel / Food industries
Experience of Sales / Marketing
