Excel Template for Home based business

Hi

I am a Home based business owner - Construction Contractor.
I make house refurbishment jobs in UK.

I need help with an Excel Template for recording my data in the easiest way and taking out reports for my Accountant.

At the moment i have to write many sheets to produce data and the results are not there.

I need to create one excel sheet, which will record :
- All receiving ( Bank / Cash / Others)
- Receiving in multiple Format ( Contracted sales value / Non contracted Job supplement / Non contracted materials)
- Payments ( Sub contractors / Workman (multiple like labour - plumber- etc) By Bank / Cash / others (with Vat / without vat)
- Payment ( Materials paid with VAT value / Materials without VAt )
- Payments for Plant hire (like skips / machinery etc)
and many other smaller conrigrations.
I can share the sheet which i am currently using.

Then i need a dashboard which can auto generate reports .

I will highly appreciate help in getting the sheet right.
