We are searching for an event assistant for our upcoming online event in the United Kingdom.
We are an event organisation company which specialises in tourism business. Due to the current situation we transferred our events to online form. Our mission is to connect worldwide hoteliers, DMCs and tourism boards with top tour operators, agencies and concierge services from the United Kingdom. In the past we have organised the ALTS Edition in London, and now we are introducing the new online concept of ALTS Digital.
Upcoming virtual event ALTS Digital UK Edition is going to take place on the 6th October 2020 for one day of B2B meetings and webinars. The event will take the form of prescheduled 1-2-1 meetings via the ZOOM app. Each meeting will last for approximately 15 minutes. In addition, we invite our partners to join free webinars during the event. The participation is free of charge.
We need an assistant who will:
- call the tour operators, agencies from our database (about 300 contacts) and make sure they received our invitations, explain them a bit our event, ask them if they are willing to participate
- in case they haven't received our invitation resend it again
- in case they don't understand the event explain more
- fill in the missing details to our database of contacts (emails, phone numbers)
- be our connection with UK
- has great communications skills
- preferably have an experience from traveling & tourism, contacts
