Do a short Survey in 15 minutes and receive $10 after feedback

I have a survey and need 15 freelancers to do this survey for market research.
This steps below will show how the work will start, please read clearly:

Step 0: Pick freelancer who have enough criteria of respondents. Chat to deal requirement and rule to do survey. Milestone or Deposit money for freelancer before do survey
Step 1: Review a website about social community (the link will give to freelancer in this step) to evaluate.
Step 2: After that answer question in a survey the question will ask directly within the chat (interview for qualitative method)
Step 3: I will review whether did you complete and your answer is enough requirement
Step 4: Payment $10 for freelancer.
