Customer Services & Support Team Leader

I'm looking for:

1) Someone who likes collecting complex information but requires specifics:
- who compares pros & cons to establish priorities, evaluate opportunities & assess probabilities
- documents decisions, defines their terms and enjoys allocating resources

2) Someone who enjoys reviewing data and confirming priorities: - who will build bottom line profit
- who likes responding appropriately but paraphrases
- who fills in blanks & highlights what's important
- who understands & explains the historical context to issues

3) Someone who will systemise processes and work sequentially:
- who diagrams steps & procedures
- who brings order out of chaos and closure to projects
- who organises information & material providing structured systems - who likes charting, graphing & recording progress

4) Someone who will take on challenges & be deadline driven:
- who improvises when problem solving, ad-libbing & experimenting - who goes against the odds & brainstorms possibilities
- who is willing to speak spontaneously
- who will innovate solutions, prospect & make deals

5) Someone with a knack for accomodating risks & participating in experiments:
- navigates themself through uncertainty & tries alternatives - enjoys testing innovation & new ideas
- adjusts well to change

6) Someone who is flexible:
- can adapt to multiple competing & conflicting tasks and can change gears effortlessly on their own initiative
- accepts doing whatever's needed to get the job done and is not constrained by the job spec.

7) Someone who is highly engaged & open minded: - takes initiative & prompts action
- comes with "Batteries Included" - self managing - open to new ideas & growth
- interested in understanding why, not just doing tasks

8) Someone who flexes the hours worked based on what's required to get the job done while understanding the need to be profitable
