Customer service is at the heart of what we do here at infinity electric and we aim to deliver each one of our 100,000 customers a personal experience with a warm, human touch. To help us achieve this, we are on the look-out for talent to join our customer services team who love helping others, enjoy problem-solving and are ready to go above and beyond for our customers.
We are looking to bring in 2-3 customer service representatives to join our team here at infinity electric.
Key responsibilities are as follows;
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for responding to all customer tickets on zendesk within 30 minutes.
Provide Live chat support from 6 am EST to 12pm EST
Provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
You will be responsible for managing customers refunds and return request .
Where appropriate you may work with external Managing Agents for help regarding customers request you do not understand
Immediate start available .
