We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to look after emails and tickets from our customers.
This is a remote opportunity for someone with a minimum of two years of customer experience/customer service.
Duties will involve answering tickets promptly, responding to disputes and chargebacks and so on. The role is completely remote.
We would expect the successful candidate to maintain a responsive, professional and supportive attitude in all customer interactions
Hours to be discussed, full training will be provided.
