Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a bedroom company. Need someone to answer calls between 9am and 6pm and do the following
- to log on data base, data base fields , name, no, address, source of lead, job sold, price , unsold, out of area, etc
- pass enquiry to designer via text and email me
- pick up on email enquiries and make initial phone call to find out about enquiry, source etc find out good time for designer to call to make an appointment
- be first point of call for company re after sales etc, and send to relevent person me or roger (designer)
- a once a month mailshot for an intial 6 month period, new movers, initially may need a covering letter produced for the purpose
- touch base with my partner once a day Mon to friday for details of any out of hours calls to keep data base upto date
- find out weekly fitting schedule and email or phone customers to confirm fitting date, on average,we fit 6 to 8 bedrooms a week get reponse and confirm to me or roger via email or text fitting date agreed
- after installation forward a guarantee card and covering letter for after sales purposes
- become familiar with our product, to be informative to potential customer
- soft follow up email to people who may have had a design consultation and not gone ahead reminding them of payment option visa etc after maybe a 1 to
2 week period
