About us:
Award winning training academy delivering educational courses in Botox and Dermal filler treatments
We are recruiting a passionate and articulate individual to help run and co-ordinate our most advanced and sought after course- the Level 7 Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine. This is an admin heavy role so the ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and stringent in processing/ recording data, information and liaising regularly with our awarding body and valued candidates. This a flexible freelancer position based on approx 10-12 hours per week at £12 per hour, please note these hours are subject to change and will fluctuate during exam periods.
You will be required to work with and communicate with clinical leads and members of the team to execute tasks and maintain records. Although the majority of the role is admininstrative and 'behind the scenes' you may be asked to call and liaise with delegates on occasion.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Experience in working within a similar environment, preferably an educational training academy (ideal, not essential)
§ A background knowledge of an aesthetic, clinical environment (ideal not essential)
§ Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
§ Knowledge and use of Excel, GDrive, WhatsApp, leading payment platforms WordPress, email systems
§ MUST be organised and be able to pick up new concepts rapidly i.e. courses available in the training academy and the training process- manual provided with an induction period
§ Strong eye for detail and stringent in processing/ recording data and information- essential
§ Professional, trustworthy and approachable demeanour when liaising with customers both online and verbally
§ MUST have the confidence and ability to run the Level 7 Programme independently, using one’s own initiative and possess a passion for running the program effectively and efficiently
