Call handler & customer service

Take incoming calls for polygraph test bookings, book test on date and time suitable for client, allocate examiner and book venue.

Call / email clients who have requested information on our polygraph test and close the sale.

Must be prepared to work weekends, AM and/or PM shift - our weekend hrs are 10 - 8 pm
Mon - Fri - 2 hrs per day or more dependent on call volume - flexibility required during Mon- Fri

*No call centers or companies to apply. We are looking for individuals only who will be focused on our service alone. We are looking for long term team member wanting to grow with the company.

* Must have full office equipment, fixed broadband, PC and headset.

* Must be comfortable using Microsoft office, Google docs, CRM and VoIP system.
