Business Plan/Strategy for a DotCom business in Real Estate project marketing

We had existing business which we are changing into dotcom company. We are starting from ground zero and need funding for our new business model. We specialise in promoting overseas properties to prospective investors or in other words helps property developers to market their off plan developments to qualified investors in different parts of world.

Would prefer someone with relevant experience and share some of their past work credentials. We require strong analytical/ financial skills with attention to detail as the investors we would be targeting to raise capital are very street wise and are seasoned players.

We would also require business plan to be well presentable (look and feel with right colours/fonts etc.) as some of these investors are very sophisticated.
