Business Plan/Offer document for coop style wellbeing centre

I am looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, can write very clearly and can quickly turn a lot of ideas into written words and facts. I have 75% of the facts, figures and the plan but we'll need to get more information and write it into a business plan/offer document (to raise investment).
In simple terms I'd like to create a document which is similar in style to the attached but for a non-related business in the wellbeing space.

I can get the layout done but your role will be to 'own' the document and pull everything together (from me and the wider world) to complete the document.

We can start ASAP if you can. I'd prefer a fixed price but appreciate we may not know how long it will take so can work on an hourly with an estimate of the number of hours and a outline timetable so we can both focus.

If you've done something like this before please outline in your response and provide any docs that would help build confidence in your skills/experience.
