Business development and social media consultation

I need a visionary and a global thinker with attraction/tourism marketing expertise.
I need someone to work along with me to develop a comprehensive dynamic marketing plan for my new start up.
If they can help with lead generation than can be helpful too.
I also have a strategic plan I'd like you to review and help me put a finer point on it so that I can move forward
confidently with less shooting in the dark.
My current budget is limited so I'm looking for quick overview work... but as this project grows and I can start building revenue I would like to have you as a constant consultant.
