We are a luxury PA lifestyle concierge company seeking a business developer to help grow our client base and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, networking, and building partnerships within the luxury services, concierge, and lifestyle management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in need of luxury PA services, including HNWIs, executives and affluent individuals in the UK, Europe, and Dubai.
• Networking: Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and luxury brands, and attend virtual or in-person networking events.
• Client Acquisition: Develop outreach strategies, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and attending industry-specific events to pitch services.
• CRM Management: Maintain a CRM system and track client interactions to ensure smooth follow-up and relationship management.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts, sales pipeline, and conversions.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the luxury services industry (concierge, lifestyle management, or related fields).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with HNWIs and VIP clients.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking.
• Ability to craft tailored sales pitches and client outreach strategies.
• Knowledge of the luxury market and HNWIs.
Desired Experience:
• Previous work with luxury brands, concierge services, or executive-level clientele.
• Experience working remotely or independently.
