Job Description:
We are in search of a Business Development expert who will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. Our business is already thriving, with competitive pricing, exceptional service, and an outstanding reputation.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be self-sufficient, highly motivated, and experienced, instilling confidence in the team regarding their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and connecting with the right contacts.
* Utilising various methods including LinkedIn, websites, conferences, etc.
* Scheduling meetings for our directors with potential clients.
* Maintaining a high level of motivation.
* Exhibiting excellent phone etiquette.
* Strategic planning for e-shots/calls etc
* Building effective communication with gatekeepers to access decision-makers.
* Working remotely: Our team operates remotely, using slack and hubspot for communication and tracking. Calls are recorded for training and monitoring.

Qualifications/Experience:
* Extensive experience in business development.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
