Business Analyst

This is a short term contract role to support the new Managing Director in developing revised plans and strategies for the business.
The company has much detailed data on sales and profitability, but reporting in a form to support effective strategic decision making is limited.
The role will involve:
- Analysis of sales data to determine segmental trends, both source of sales and sales by activity
- Determination of gross profit by segment
- Sales trend analysis
- Market opportunity analysis

In addition work is being undertaken on streamlining administrative processes. This role will also review and map current business processes as a precursor to system and process changes.

Ideally you should be CIMA qualified.
