My company the European Property Investment Company are currently in talks buying to buy 25 acre site in Reading Berkshire to full fill the conditions of our offer we need a business plan for the development , The model is build to rent so all properties in the development will be generating strong rental income for the company and we need a business plan to reflect that as the plan/business report will be used to raise between £400m - £500m in private equity finance to build the site. and cover all associated costs. The report must cover - Feasibly - P\L our executive summary cost analyst.
