Experience Level: Entry
We are a busy property Services company covering London providing estate agents and Landlord/Home owners with services that include Boiler servicing, Boiler Repairs and Property certificates on residential homes.
We are looking for an administrator to Process new bookings through our easy system, Help customers with existing orders and process payments.
The Job is pretty straight forward, requires 4-5 hours training as to how things are done which will be provided.
The right candidate will need the following:
* Working Telephone Line that can accept telephone calls (this has to be a line that can be used solely for working purposes)
* A computer that works with Microsoft Windows
* A Quiet space to work without distractions or loud noises
* Good spoken English
* Experience using computers, Internet & Emails is essential (CRM experience would be a bonus but is not essential)
* Good customer service skills
This job can be done remotely and we will need a commitment of a minimum of 25 Hours per week with a 9:30am Start Time.
