Description of Business Development: Regular role for an experienced an experienced appointment setter to help us manage the sales process, respond to enquiries, and follow up regularly. You should also be able to use CRM, and be willing to learn Microsoft Dynamics, if you don't already know how to use it, to record enquiries. Also, useful would be to help segment the database., promote our workshops and content by email, and on social media. If you could also help repurpose our content that would be ideal. As the role is longer term please upload your CV, and quote your hourly rate to work 10-15 hours a week. Once we agree details you'll be expected to sign a confidentiality and consultancy agreement, and provide a couple of referees. You should be ready to start in May.
A brief outline of some tasks you'd be working on initially is:
- on receiving details of calls or enquiries, helping us to respond with appropriate standard emails, and creating an opportunity on the CRM
- Helping to segment our client database so we can send targeted newsletters and mailshots to different clients or prospects.
- promoting our workshops offline and online.
- converting existing content into different formats to extend its reach
- devising engagement pieces, and social media updates to promote our blog posts, and content using Hootsuite
