Amazon store - 1 month customer communication delivery.

I run a small Amazon store, that currently receives about 120 orders per month. Due to my busy lifestyle, I don’t always get to email my customers when I like and sometimes miss opportunities altogether.

I have 3 email templates, which are sent out:

As soon as goods are shipped.
7 days after
30 days after

I need somebody to look after this task for me and provide me with a weekly update of messages sent.

You will not be expected to answer customer messages, I can look after this. I just need help with the aftercare communication process.

Presuming the initial month goes well, this could become a long term requirement.

I have been doing this myself for the last 2 months and this task takes approximately 10 minutes per day/ 5 hours per month.
