A webpage that displays key FX data

I have a basic understanding of code Python but need help converting my logic into machine readable logic. I need the help of an experienced developer. Preferabbly someone who has experience dealing with FIX API's and databases. This project should be completed within a day of its beggining- the logic is clear and lightweight.

Brief: This application will collect price data through a third-party FIX API. Files will be located on a fast and responsive cloud server. The script will filter through a range of 28 currency pairs on the hour and will compute price-based statements 24/5. Contingent positive messages or “true” statements- will be visualised in a simple webpage table.

Incoming FX data will be analysed agaist 10 formulas-
