Urgent Single Bundle Needed For Court Hearing To refer to SA

Proven Experience With Legal Document Management For Hearings is Required

I apologise in advance for the urgency of this request. I have an imminent court hearing, and we need a single bundle of documents prepared within the next two hours and the skeleton argument needs to be updated to reference the pages in the bundle.

Currently, the defendants have provided a single bundle that does not include any of our documents, and I require a single bundle so that my skeleton argument can refer to the appropriate pages within that bundle. I also need the index of the single bundle to be updated to reflect the inclusion of our documents.

The Claimant's documents to be added to D2's Bundle pages 1 to 92, including the index at the end are:

1. Application Notice for Hearing, including First Witness Statement of Peter Adediran.
2. The Claimant's Bundle A.
3. Witness Statement of Peter Adediran in reply to the Second Defendant’s Costs Submissions.
4. Up-to-date email thread regarding the hearing from January 2025.

If we do not agree to this approach, the Claimant may need to submit a second bundle that will relate specifically to the Claimant's Skeleton Argument, which we would prefer to avoid.
