UK Solicitor Needed – Commercial Dispute & Urgent Legal Support

We are seeking a UK-qualified solicitor to assist with an ongoing commercial dispute involving a UK limited company.

This is an urgent requirement following receipt of a Letter Before Action and potential escalation to formal proceedings. The matter is disputed and requires clear, practical legal support.

Scope of Work:
Review agreements and existing correspondence
Advise on legal position and strategy
Draft formal legal responses
Assist with preparation of defence and/or counterclaim
Provide guidance on potential court or insolvency proceedings

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
Experience in commercial disputes and contract law
Ideally experience with shareholder or business disputes
Strong drafting and strategic advice skills
Ability to act quickly and communicate clearly
