    Hi, I use a Conveyancer Colleague for the registrations. can you answer if this is a Freehold or Leasehold property and alo note that Local Authority Search Fees and Land Registry Fees will be payable on top. Therefore your budget needs to be increased quite a bit.

    Hi Anthony - it is illegal for anyone other than a Practising Solicitor or licenced conveyancer to deal with conveyancing. I can't bid, even though I am a property expert, because Iam retired as a solicitor.
