To draw up a business contract between a small business and a handbag manufacturer

Description of legal work: Dear People Per Hour,

I am about to launch a small business venture which will focus primarily on the design, manufacture and sale of ladies bags and accessories.

The key people I will be dealing with are an Agent and the Manufacturer.

I need two legal contracts, one between me and the Agent and the other between me and the Manufacturer, to protect my interests in the event of breach of copyright/design, manufacturer failure, etc., etc., including standard clauses and provisions in contracts of this type.

Based on the above, can you please let me have your keenest quotation to draw up the contracts and advise how they should be signed/witness/validated. If you require any further information to enable you to do so, it would be helpful if you could email a questionnaire from to me for completion.

Any comments you may wish to add in relation to me doing this as a Sole Trader or via Ltd Company will be welcomed
