TELEMEDICINE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Telemedicine company is a platform that Drs and Patients voluntarily register on and then they visit each other by video or tel or text and the patient pays online to the Dr.

We need to recheck certain data for each country:

1. If there is any specific legal requirement for a Telemedicine company to function in the countries below? Need to know specifically what those requirements are and an example website who is doing the same will be extra clarification.

2. What's the URL of the Medical Council of these countries? Each country has a medical council that ALL Drs of the country must be registered with and this authority Licences them to work in that country.

3. Is there any legislation for the international Telemedicine companies function internationally and/or within those countries. Ie for example is there any restriction or legal matter fro a Chinese patient to make a visit to a British Dr in London online? We need this as a legal source to refer to if there were disputes, i.e. we need you in addition to providing the legislation to us the source of that legislation that we be able to refer to as well . There also will be situation that things are practically done and there is basic general law of medical and digital law in place, please provide the source reference accordingly.
