Description of legal work: I own a start up which is about to manufacture an automotive product. The manufacture is outsourced to a 3rd party company (company x). Through this company I have contracted a Project Manager to finalise the process of bringing the product to market.
I require an NDA that can be used for the Project Manager and the owner of company x. I would also like to have a non compete clause that means they cannot decide to use my IPR and technical information to set up in competition at some later date. At least it should have a set timescale for non compete.
