Solicitor wanted to advise on Ebay dispute - I\'m seller - buyer lied for a refund (Scotland)

I\'m not rich so don\'t have £1000s for a defamation case.
I sold a pink bag on Ebay - 11 photos in the advert including close-ups. Buyer got bag and claimed the bag was maroon and demanded her money back. I refused as bag is clearly pink. I have the manufacturer\'s confirmation the bag is fuschia pink. Buyer then stated there were inks marks all over the bag. There\'s not a mark on the bag. I explained all this during the length of the dispute. Ebay told her to send me the bag back and they took the money from my PayPal account and gave her a full refund - WITHOUT SEEING THE BAG.
Yes, I have the bag back now but she\'s left negative feedback for all the world to see saying I sold goods not as described and that I\'m untrustworthy. She blatantly lied about the colour of the bag and the ink marks and sent me nasty emails. I appealed to Ebay and this was almost immediately thrown out.
I want this woman punished.
I want something done about Ebay playing god with my money like this.
What can be done?
I had a precious holiday completely ruined as I had to find an internet cafe every day to keep track of her latest lies and respond to them.
If something can be done, please advise of cost.
It seems Ebay and PayPal believe they can behave however they like as they are based in Dublin ie Europe.
