Review/Re-write Terms & conditions for a recruitment agency

Holden Reilly is a start-up specialist recruitment agency, based in Dubai with a UAE trade license. We are looking for a freelancer to review and re-write our terms & conditions that we send out to clients.

Most of the terms have been written but need to be put into a "legally binding" style and wording. We are not too concerned about the legalities in the Middle East, as 9 times out of 10 we need to sign the clients T&Cs anyway - but we do need to have a document of our own that allows us to detail our fees, payments terms, guarantee period and ownership of any CVs we send to clients.

It is a one page document only. We would also need to add in some general terms around the sharing of information with third parties etc.

I might be able to share some examples from other recruitment agencies too.

I need this piece of work done within 48-72 hours.
