Review existing MSA and SOW for training firm - B2B Tech

I run a small consulting business providing sales training and general management training to B2B tech companies in the UK, US, Canada, with the odd one in Europe. I have 12 customers that are live and and we have had no issues with payment or any legal issues.

My partner and I are using a Master Service Agreement which was provided by a former colleague. It is 7 pages long and most of the contracts we sign require minimal change to the wording.

We also use a SOW document which I sourced on line and this is also 7 pages long and sets our training purpose and deliverables, (which is a PDF of the courses we deliver). We also link the SOW to an appendix that outlines the subjects that we cover in our training.

I am happy with these contracts but would like to have a legal review to make sure these contain all the protections I need to have in place. As noted we have good relations with all our clients and there are no disputes and we always get paid.

Could you give me a fixed price to review these and make any additional changes that you think we need. There is no tearing rush on this so let me know the timescales and costs.
