Require someone to check US based Non-Disclosure document will fully protect me.

Description of legal work: This is a simple job, requiring a lawyer to check that an NDA is watertight.

I will be giving the details, ingredients about a herbal supplement to someone based in the USA. They have provided an NDA and I need it checking to ensure that they themselves or anyone else they know will not go away and make the same product for themselves.

Whilst the job itself is simple, with the document amounting to just a single page, in future, I will be requiring someone to advise me on US based law.
