Recruitment agreement and training agreement

Hello. I need an experienced contracts person who can write a comprehensive recruitment agreement specifically to place teachers in school districts, charter schools, Universities and educational institutions. I would need two separate agreements between my company and the candidate and my company and the school to also include details of compensation per placement with the school. Multiple pricing options would be necessary and I will select based on the requirements of the organization.

I also need a training agreement for training teachers for placement in schools with 2 separate agreements. one between my company and the student/ teacher and a 2nd one between my company and the client (schools and institutions of higher learning) and also several pricing options in dollars I can select from. I can modify the $$ amount if required.

Preferable experience in the education sector but open to right candidate to do an excellent job. Please provide sample excerpts of any previous work done in terms of recruiting agreement and training agreement/ contract. Thanks.
