Property Litigation - full assistance

I have a small business where we lease properties from owners and then sublet them with the full knowledge and co-operation of the owner. We have leased a number of properties from one particular owner who has decided they would like to copy my business and is attempting to get out of the contracts by claiming breach of contract. I haven't yet received the solicitors letter but expect it imminently. I need help from an experienced residential/company let property litigation solicitor who can advise, prepare and manage our defence. I expect that the case will end up in court so I am looking for someone who likes a challenge, is good at property litigation, who is could attend court with me as a Mackenzie friend/representative, and can also provide services at a rate which is not going break the bank.
