I have a project to write policies below what I mentioned, But before that, I would like to explain to you the following
These policies are part of my company's endeavor to implement a plan for full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

My company is a private company in Saudi Arabia that works in the field of providing human resources (manpower) in various categories to other clients. Today, we are required to develop a complete compliance program, develop an implementation plan, and maintain its implementation and development. We urgently want to begin formulating policies that are based on Saudi and international laws as well.
So that these policies are part of the requirements that we must implement to obtain the appropriate ISO certificates for our field of work. Whether it is ISO certificates for administrative systems or occupational safety and health systems.
I have included the name of the policy and the comments we received on it, and I will share these policies with the candidate with whom I will contract. The candidate is completely free to reformulate and change any penalty, but what matters to me is that the candidate has experience in this field and from a legal standpoint.
