Preparing a file for litigation

I am instructing insurers and I need a paralegal to go through the documents and prepare the file. There is a Google drive link with most of the papers but the last time I was involved in this matter was May 2022. An up-to-date correspondence needs to be included and an electronic index created as well as a discussion on what else needs to be provided to the insurers. This job needs someone with legal experience preparing a case file and documents for disclosure.
